The Small Group Seminar is designed for those in the ministry of formational prayer that seek to integrate healing in the context of community. This event will include lectures on the foundations of group work, group process and dynamics, and the essentials necessary for emotional and spiritual growth in a healing group. Because we believe good group dynamics is important for every church context, there are no prerequisites required.

PURPOSE: 

This seminar is created to provide beginning and advanced skills in the area of healing in small groups. It was created for those who minister in the area of formational prayer. This seminar will include: a small group experience, hands-on opportunities, lectures on the foundations of group work, as well as, aspects of spiritual formation. These essentials are necessary elements needed to create safety for emotional and spiritual growth in a healing group.
